Let’s focus on our small business website development services.

P-Tn is not an advertising or marketing agency, and we are not a full-time web development firm.  

We have provided professional photography & videography services to our construction clients for decades.  More recently, we expanded our own website to feature (and provide details about) our many Visual Documentation Services.  The work on developing and updating our own website brought us the resources needed to do so, and we have brought many of those skills in-house with our employee training.  When we began receiving requests from our own clients for assistance in building or managing their websites, we were happy to be of assistance.

What do we offer our clients interested in web support?  

Quite a bit, actually . . . 

We will perform a usability audit of your existing site to check everything your visitors experience when land on your pages.  

We mean everything.  Overall page layout and navigation functionality.  We confirm that all photos and graphics are loading.  The text is proofread for spelling or grammar errors, or inconsistent paragraph layout or font displays.  Are your photos of good quality and are they loading quickly?  IF you have a contact or employment application form, is it complete and does it actually submit when you hit SUBMIT.  It is surprising how many website have ‘minor’ issues that are failing, and they continue to fail for years before they are caught and corrected.

That same usability audit will give us an opportunity to consider making suggestions for you, 

on layout or navigation, or photo & video content – changes that would improve the visitor experience.  At a very affordable cost, our staff will perform follow-up usability audits on a monthly or quarterly basis, providing you a simple reports that shows what was checked and alerting you to new issues found.  Simple tweaks can easily be handled.  If the issue is bigger (like updates to systems or software), we will make you aware and estimate cost of correction or design changes that may be required.  This fee can include an occasional update of photos here & there, or replacing text or titles with revised write-ups that you might want.

In short, we monitor the site regularly and provide services to fix bugs and keep it running smoothly.

When you need major refreshing of pages and layout sections, we’re there to assist with redesign and/or expansion of the original layout.  Photographic, graphic, and written content demands periodic updating … to keep imagery fresh and text current.  Send us your latest photos or new write-ups and we’ll make those changes.

We are also here to produce professional quality marketing imagery. 

That would include photos or edited videos, to share your business success stories with current and prospective customers.

If you have (or need to establish) a social media posting program to supplement your website online, as an additional layer of exposure to find new customers, P-Tn can create content for those posts, or take the load off posting your own content to multiple platforms, or to a newsworthy blog section for your website.
