What we do, and where we do it

CONSTRUCTION Photo and Video

Thousands and thousands of professional photographs - each and every year. Hours and hours and hours of captured video. Most of our documentation is completed before or during construction of various types of projects, from building structures, to process plants, to linear pipeline & roadway projects. Documenting conditions before, during, and after completion of construction is a vital part of the management process and we've been doing this since our business began.

DRONE AERIAL IMAGING

Our DRONE Aerial Imaging Services have grown, right along with our staff of FAA Certified UAS Pilots who capture photographs & video footage for our clients. Construction and engineering clients are top of list, but we shoot commercial real estate projects and unique and dramatic marketing images, as well. We provide professional video editing of our footage, and wall display photos and digital image files.

ProgressWEBCAM SITE MONITORING

Our WEBCAM Construction Site Monitoring Division began modestly over two (and a half) decades ago, with our first unit in place and our first Time-lapse of a building. We now operate custom-designed ProgressWEBCAM units throughout the Central Midwest and create marketing quality Time-lapse videos of small and large projects. Real time monitoring, plus security, is available to our clients as they monitor and manage development of commercial & residential jobsites.

Our FAA Certified pilots are handling more assignments using drone aircraft, delivering still & video imagery. “ALTITUDE” is what you should be considering in the drone aerials you may be hiring. Is your chosen pilot delivering both L-O-W altitude (I’m talking 10-30 feet above the ground) AND the maximum altitude that a drone can typically fly (no more than 400 feet)? Homestead Slideshow - P-Tn Drone and Video Services

P-Tn completed documentation of a high-end residential building project, to create a Time-Lapse marketing video. Then we were given the opportunity to capture these finished architectural photographs showing the completed project – inside and out, with a drone aerial or two thrown in. P-Tn’s final photography includes interior & exterior views, plus another drone aerial view. If you are utilizing any of our Visual Documentation SERVICES for construction progress, or PRE & POST-Construction records, or aerial reporting … we’d like to remind you that we photograph projects (big or small) after they are finished, too.
